No. The Trusted Network is a curated national directory of thoroughly vetted elder caregiving service providers. The Trusted Network helps families quickly find vetted professionals and services tailored to their unique care needs, which can be an overwhelming experience.

How do I know who is a Trusted Network member?

Verified Members are indicated by a special badge on tendercare. They earn the badge and are accepted as members after successfully passing our vetting process.

What if I have a bad experience with a Trusted Network member?

Flag it. We review every complaint and re-vet or remove a member if needed. You can always reach us at support@trytendercare.com

How is the Trusted Network different from other platforms that share provider information?

We don't sell leads, take commissions, or create bidding wars. We curate our Trusted Network membership to help families find services they need and can look to for help. Will my family be notified if a Magic Magnet or tendercard is scanned?

Yes. Anytime the code is scanned, a text alert is automatically sent to the family members you designate—so you’ll know right away if something urgent is happening and can reach out.
