The Magic Magnet & tendercard is the 21st century improvement to an alert necklace. I was always afraid getting an alert necklace for loved ones because first responders could get called constantly if a loved one with dementia or a child with disabilities starts playing with it and clicking that button. I love the peace of mind knowing the tenderID gives EMS critical info easily, and alerts me if I'm not there.

If tendercare was in place the day my mom fell, that hour and a half wait could have been shorter because if more providers are using tenderIDs, maybe it won't take them as long to see patients. They won't need to spend time trying to call a family member because they'll already have the information. There's a lot of value to that.
