I don't reside in the Phoenix area, but my Mom needed to move into Assisted Living there. I had no idea how to go about finding the right place. My Mom's retirement community manager recommended Kelly. What a godsend she has been. She met with us and asked about our desires, then arranged tours with several facilities that aligned with our plans. We wanted a facility that would accept ALTCS after my Mom exhausted her money down the road, and I expected to be picking the best from a set of facilities I didn't really like. We liked the first one so much we didn't even go visit the rest. Kelly negotiated a better deal for us with the facility than what they typically offer. My Mom has moved in and loves it, it is better than where she lived independently. Kelly is still following up with us to make sure things are working out, and asks us if there is anything else she can do for us. What a special person she is!

From the start everyone was amazing and caring. I was called within hours to get more information on my mom and want I was looking for. Jenni was with me from start to finish. She not only found/gave me a list of memory care facilities, but she scheduled tours and was by my side as my advocate! She made me feel at ease in trying to find the best place for my mom. When we found the right place she was there helping me move my mom in and even checked in a week or so after she was all settled! If i could give 10 stars i would! Th company and service they proved is amazing! I highly recommend them and the company! They treat your family as their own and only want the best! Really!
