Why I do what I do
I’ve been in real estate for over 24 years, starting in the mortgage industry in 2001—the same year I earned my California Department of Real Estate salesperson’s license, followed by my broker’s license in 2003. I became a licensed Realtor® in 2009 and have since closed more than 3,000 transactions across both mortgages and real estate. This dual expertise gives me a seasoned, full-spectrum understanding of the industry—covering both the financial and emotional sides of every transaction.
When I’m not helping families transition or guiding investors through RCFE opportunities, I’m spending time with my wife and our two boys here in San Ramon, where we’ve lived since 2007. I’m a proud Bay Area native—born in San Francisco, raised on the Peninsula, and a graduate of Santa Clara University.
