About Tracy Gallo Desrosier
I love dogs and even adopted a tripawd rescue. I enjoy sponsoring memory cafes & recruit local musicians to share their talents for residents. I enjoy traveling and am learning ASL.
Due to the smaller size of the company, Tracy can provide concierge care to all clients with support ranging from collaboration with doctors and care team members to medication management. Tracy also offers in-home visits, accompanying clients to appointments, home safety evaluation, and identifying needs for placement in a different home. Tracy’s background as an RN of 25+ years enables her to understand the complex medical cases and offer expertise when coordinating with staff team members of the client.
Tracy learned about taking care of others from her Italian grandmother, who never sat down to eat until everyone was taken care of. Seeing her mother care for a grandmother with Alzheimer’s, Tracy chose to be a resource for caregivers. Tracy brings that lived perspective to every case.
