Due to the smaller size of the company, Tracy can provide concierge care to all clients with support ranging from collaboration with doctors and care team members to medication management. Tracy also offers in-home visits, accompanying clients to appointments, home safety evaluation, and identifying needs for placement in a different home. Tracy’s background as an RN of 25+ years enables her to understand the complex medical cases and offer expertise when coordinating with staff team members of the client.
