Before founding Synergy, Tom built a 30+ year career in health, wellness, and operations — serving as COO of the YMCA of Silicon Valley, leading corporate wellness programs, and even helping design Google’s global massage and wellness initiatives. With a master’s degree in Adaptive Physical Education and a background in kinesiology, he’s always been driven by improving quality of life. Tom is also the host of The SYNERGY Sessions Podcast, Aging Smarter in Silicon Valley.
